The digital experiences module involved researching and designing a digital experience for the retail sector. I chose to study the Levis brand and design a mobile application to help users find their perfect pair of jeans which included using a ‘body scanner’ with the AR technology on their phone cameras and a ‘stylebot’ which then recommended the perfect pair of jeans based on the user’s measurements. This project involved; primary research, creating a rationale, goals and scope, making three personas and scenarios then defining design requirements, customer journey diagram, service blueprint, experience attributes, data elements, design principles and patterns, storyboarding scenarios, moodboards, making design choices such as colors, fonts etc and designing a high fidelity prototype (I used sketch) which can be seen on the invision link below. I received an A for this with comments about my design being in line with the brand etc.
